Translational Immunology Laboratory
The Translational Immunology Lab (TIL), based on Level 5 of the John Radcliffe Hospital, provides technical and scientific support for any flow cytometry needs. We have three flow cytometers that can provide a wide range of techniques, from 4-colour up to 15-colour multi-parametric flow cytometry. We also offer access to an ImageStream cytometer, which can provide quantitative imaging and a wide range of applications, including: cell signaling, co-localization, shape change, internalization, and more.
Our machines are located within the NDM flow facility, also located on Level 5 of the John Radcliffe Hospital. The facility, run by Helen Ferry, also offers a cell sorting service.
If you need help putting together an antibody panel, or you have difficulty analysing your data, we will do our best to help. Please email Chris Willberg if you would like to discuss this further.

The TIL can assist you in designing, setting up and testing multi-antibody panels.

We provide training on all our cytometers.
We can also provide support with flow cytometer data analysis using FlowJo software.A list of protocols and antibody panels currently being developed within the lab are published regularly online.
