Translational Immunology Laboratory
The Translational Immunology Lab, based on Level 5 of the JR, can provide technical and scientific support for any flow issues you may have. Within the lab there is a 18 parameter LSRII flow cytometer, a 4 colour FACScalibur and an Amnis ImageStream Imaging Cytometer. If you need help putting together an antibody panel or you have difficulty analysing your data we will do our best to help. Please email Chris Willberg if you would like to discuss this further.
The Translation Immunology Lab can assist you in designing, setting up and testing multi-antibody panels.
We provide training on all our cytometers.
We can also provide support for analysing your flow cytometer data using FlowJo software.A list of protocols and antibody panels currently being developed within the lab will be online soon.
