BD FACScalibur
Two laser, 4 colour flow cytometer.LSRII SORP
The BD LSRII SORP has 4 lasers and has the potential to measure 20 parameters - 18 colours. The lasers are: Violet (405nm, 25mw), Blue (488nm, 25mw), Green (532nm, 150mw), and Red (642nm, 25mw). ImageStream
The Amnis ImageStream combines flow cytometry with quantitative image analysis. The range of applications is huge, these include: localisation, co-localisation, morphological analysis, cell signalling translocation. For more information on the ImageStream see the Amnis website, or contact us.
