Research Interest Group (RIG)
Would you like the opportunity to have public involvement in your research?
Do you struggle when the ethics form asks ‘In which aspects of the research process have you actively involved, or will you involve, patients, service users, and/or their carers, or members of the public’?
Do you struggle when the ethics form asks ‘In which aspects of the research process have you actively involved, or will you involve, patients, service users, and/or their carers, or members of the public’?
The OUH Trust / BRC Research Interest Group has now been established with the aim of promoting and encouraging patient and public involvement in clinical research. This group meets regularly to give the opportunity for researchers to come and discuss any aspect of their research with the group and also provides the opportunity for feedback on study documentation.
If you would like to submit something to the group for comments or come and meet them to discuss your research project, please complete the form on www.oxfordbrc.org/public or contact Alison Barnes on 01865 743348 or alison.barnes@orh.nhs.uk
