Sue Dopson
Professor Sue Dopson is the Director of Research Degrees at the Said Business School, and Rhodes Trust Professor of Organizational Behaviour.
Sue teaches on a range of the University's degrees in Management Studies, and is a postgraduate tutor. Her core teaching contribution is in organisational behaviour, and especially in change and leadership issues. She is also heavily involved in executive education at the Oxford Said Business School. Her research involvements lie principally in the area of innovation, change, and health care studies. As a founding director of the Oxford Health Care Management Institute, she is involved in the development of courses for the NHS and has led a number of research projects in the health service sector. Her most recent research commission is concerned with increasing the motivation and ability of health care managers to access and use management research.
